1. User’s Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
LeadBank marketplace is an online platform where technicians can purchase jobs (leads) such as appliance repair, heating & AC, plumbing, electrical, air duct cleaning, TV mounting, iphone repair and mobile car wash.
After Technicians provide requested information on the registration process in order to have access to the pool. In the pool, technicians have access to leads type & brand, category, zipcode, city, appointment date & time, short problem description and leads price. By clicking on the description, technicians can see lead information such as brand, type, appointment date and time and a short problem description. Notifications will be sent to users through SMS and email, every time a lead on the pool matches the customer with the user’s profiles. Technicians can purchase the lead by clicking on the button “Buy” and information such as customers first and last name, phone number, brand, type, appointment date and time, and address will be disclosed on “My Orders”.
If a technician purchases the lead, the technician will contact the customer right away and confirm appointment details.
By completing the registration process, booking a service, or using this website, you grant us the right to follow up with you through email, SMS, phone, or direct mail.
You understand and agree that temporary interruptions of the services available through this website may occur as normal events. You further understand and agree that we have no control over third party networks you may access in the course of the use of this website, and therefore, delays and disruption of other network transmissions are completely beyond our control. You understand and agree that the services available on this website are provided “AS IS” and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You also understand that we act as an intermediary between you and the service companies. Therefore, upon arrival, the service company professional will independently assess the problem and provide the service quote.
3.1 You are qualified and capable of performing the service, trade, or task you purchase from the pool*.

3.2 You are, and at all times will be, properly and fully licensed, bonded and insured (at levels in accordance with applicable industry standards) under all applicable laws and trade regulations (and upon request will produce documentation to verify this), and further, that you have not been turned down for insurance coverage related to your provision of services. You will notify us promptly of any such changes to your licensing, bonding or insured status.3. Process
Leadbank marketplace sign up is free of charge. Contractors will only be charged for the purchase of leads/jobs. Technicians should be properly registered before accessing the pool.
3.1 Sign Up/ Registration: Applicant should provide the following information upon registration:
Services applicant will provide
Availability (week/weekend, dates, and times)
Areas of coverage/Zipcode
Call meeting with a Leadbank team expert
Copy of Driver License (if applicable)
Copy of license (if applicable)
*Applicants will also be subject to a phone interview at a time established by both parties.
3.2 Login: Upon registration approval, the applicant will be able to login with the email and password determined by the individual during the sign-up process.
3.3 Pool: While logged in, technician will have access to all leads* available on the pool according to the filter(s) established, such as but not limited to, service category, brand, zipcode, city, appointment (date & time), short job description, and price, displayed on the pool tab. By clicking on "buy", the technician agrees on purchasing lead and will have access to lead's information.
3.4 Account Balance: Your current account balance is displayed on the top right corner and will be updated when there is a change in your credit amount.
3.5 My Orders: Your orders will be displayed in the "My Order" window "My Order". By clicking "open" you can view the full details of your past orders. Or "claim" by describing the reasons why you are claiming your purchase.
3.5.1:Claim: You will have the ability to raise a claim for a refund on a previously purchased lead by pushing the "claim" button under the "My Orders" window and providing substantive reasons for the claim.
3.6 Wallet: You will be able to add funds to your account balance, manage payment methods and information, and set up auto-funding for your purchases.
3.7 Settings: In the settings window, you can set up your availability (days and times), preferred notification method (SMS and/or email), service type, serviceable brands, and service area.
3.8 Purchases: Upon lead purchase, the technician should contact the customer immediately to confirm and establish appointment details.

4 Code of Conduct. Upon registration, every Leadbank member/account holder is obligated to act with integrity and honesty when performing a service. You are obligated to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. In accordance with the foregoing, you are bound to comply with the following list of actions:
4.1 Never committing theft by taking any of the customer's property.
4.2 Never fight, threaten, bully, or disrespect the customer
4.3 Never commit any acts of harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation.
4.4 Any other violation of Leadbank policies, which are subject to change at the Company's sole discretion
4.5 If a technician buys an appointment and needs to cancel, it is the sole responsibility of the technician to contact the customer and cancel/reschedule the appointment.
4.6 Conduct on Website
Your use of the website is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including Netiquette, and you are solely responsible for the contents of your communications through the website. If applicable, by posting information in or otherwise using any communications service or other interactive service that may be available to you on or through this website, you agree that you will not upload, share, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content - including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information - that:
Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), or otherwise violates our rules or policies;
Victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party;
Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (also known as "spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling;
Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party; or
5. Service Payment
Upon registration, you understand that once the lead is purchased, the customer is contacted, and an appointment is scheduled, payment of service completed and other charges will be established between you and the aforementioned customer. Leadbank reserves the right to not serve as an intermediate during the payment process between you (the technician) and the customer.5.1 Payment of Fees
If you order a service on this website that requires payment of a fee, you agree to pay all fees associated with such service. Your credit card may be billed for all service charges. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete billing information, including valid credit card information, your name, address and telephone number, and to provide us with any changes in such information within thirty (30) days of the change. If, for any reason, your credit card company refuses to pay the amount billed for the service, you agree that we may, at our option, suspend or terminate the service and require you to pay the overdue amount by other means acceptable to us. We may charge a fee for reinstatement of suspended or terminated accounts. In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse us for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorney fees and other legal expenses.
6. Refunds/Credit policy
Only the following credit refund requests(claims) below are eligible for a refundable appointment credit:
The following are valid reasons for a refundable appointment credit.
A customer's address is incorrect.
A customer's contact phone number is incorrect.
A customer was not home and failed technician failed to establish contact after 5 attempts.
A customer canceled the appointment
The following are NOT valid reasons for appointment credit.
The customer reports no contractor showed up to their appointment.
The customer refuses to reschedule for any reason.
The customer has an indefinite timeline for their project.

Credit Promotions: Unless you and Leadbank otherwise agree, credit for each promotional campaign will be added on to your Leadbank account balance, only once per technician, not per account.
Referral Credit Policy: Referral credit established by Leadbank will be added to the technician account and notified by email and/or SMS text message
From time to time, this website may include advertisements offered by third parties. You may enter into correspondence with or participate in promotions of the advertisers showing their services on this website. Any such correspondence or promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such correspondence or promotions, are solely between you and the advertiser. We assume no liability, obligation or responsibility for any part of any such correspondence or promotion.
